This workshop will begin with a guided meditation with sound bowls, Giving us a moment to deepen into our internal vision for the new year. Falling on the New moon in Capricorn, this is the perfect time to do intention setting, or start something new. Capricorn energy brings more clarity and structure into how you can make things happen.

This exercise will be a meditative & fun experience to help you align with your goals. The vision board process includes cutting photos and words out of magazines and making a collage out of them on a small stretched canvas. This is an intuitive and fun practice. Your vision comes to you during the process. After the workshop, keep your Vision board in a place where you can connect with it often to remind you of your goals & manifestations for the year.
