Attuning to the Moon, Yin Yoga & Sound bath - August Goddess Gathering

Join Reiki Masters Brionna Reynolds & Casey Logan for an intimate 2 hour outside workshop & Goddess Gathering at Firestone Park Meadows. During this event we will observe & explore the phases of the moon through conversation & meditation. We will discuss how to attune with the phases of the moon in a way that enhances your life, and other ways awareness of the moon phases can benefit you. Following this exercise there will be a sound bath & Yin Yoga practice led by Brionna.

Please bring your journal & pen, yoga mat, and a blanket for under your mat because we will be in the grass.
