Do more of what makes you happy

Puppy love & sunshine. Two more things that make me super happy. How often do you make time to do the little things that make you happy? Do you actually know what makes you happy and fills you up? I encourage self reflection. Write it down. Make a list of all the things that make you happy. It’s one of the most positive ways you can invite growth & healing into your life. If you implement more of what you love into your life, better quality of life is guaranteed. Just like if you think & speak positively you will start to attract that into your life. Ultimately, you are in charge of your reality. You are always one decision away from living a completely different life. You make the calls. Your quality of life is YOUR decision. Wether it is going out by yourself, traveling, or sparking conversation with a stranger, deciding to make time to do yoga today, or stopping to smell the flowers on the side of the road. Take time to breathe, reflect, take in the beauty of life. Live in the moment ~ and do more of the things that make you happy.
